What You’ll Do

• Own features end-to-end, from designing APIs and writing backend logic to implementing the frontend.
• Collaborate with product and design to shape early-stage ideas into high-impact product experiences.
• Build robust systems that scale gracefully, with a codebase that's maintainable and adaptable as the product evolves.
• Use shared types across the stack to reduce integration errors and improve developer velocity.
• Develop long-term sustainable solutions where design clarity and modularity ensure the system evolves without accruing technical debt..
• Deploy code regularly and maintain a tight feedback loop with users and internal stakeholders.

• Frontend: React (Next.js or similar)
• Backend: Express / Fastify (flexible)

• Infra: Minimal to start, we value velocity over perfection; basic deployment experience is a plus

What We’re Looking For

Hard Skills

• Strong experience as a full stack developer with backend-heavy focus
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js and Node.js
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Comfort working across the stack, especially in early-stage environments
• Familiarity with common startup needs — auth, emails, cron jobs, etc.
• Ability to manage your own development workflow and ship features quickly

Soft Skills
